There are very few function rooms available in Brighton and you have just found one of the best venues for any occasion!
Our fully air conditioned function room is available for weddings, funerals, leaving parties, 21st, anniversaries or even lunch time conferences.
(We do not accept 18th birthday party bookings unfortunately).The room has its own bar yet still in the same tudor feel as the rest of the venue.
We can offer a table service menu or a traditional party buffet menu to which we have 3 standard menus ready for you to choose from.
We understand that all functions are different therefore we can tailor to your needs, budget, requirements.

Function Room
Our main function room is found in the traditional banquet hall which can accommodate up to 100 people standing and 60 people for sit down meals and events. The room hosts its own private bar and successfully blends the old with the modern with pull-down projector screens set in lavish Tudor décor. It is air conditioned for maximum comfort.
These are most popularly used to air live sports, but are also adaptable to meet conference needs.

Heineken Bar
The fully stocked bar is also serving Heineken extra cold to get your party in full swing.
The area includes 2 pool tables, 2 foosball tables and 3 TVs so you can always catch the action.

Prinny’s Area
The mezzanine Minstrel gallery level looks over the main bar on the lower floor and is accessed by a grand staircase.
This space is perfect for those seeking an air of sophistication for their
night out.

Royal Box
Suspended above the main bar, this area comfortably holds 15 people enabling you to engage in the thriving, pub atmosphere whilst maintaining your own private snug for the night.
Alternatively, with its great view of 2 big screens, it is very popular for the avid sports fan who doesn’t want to miss a minute of the big match.

Function Rooms
Please be aware that there is a £50 surcharge for providing your own catering. Once all hire fee’s are paid for and confirmed, if you have to cancel, unfortunately, the fee’s are non refundable.
